Meet Mary Maurer
Hi, I'm Mary. I joined the Licata Group in 2016 soon after moving to Culpeper with my husband, Josh, and my two children, Conner and Kendall. We moved to the area to be closer to family and escape the traffic of Northern Virginia.

Culpeper is a great small town to live in. There are so many activities, festivals, and things to do for the whole family.
Outdoor Fun
We love outdoor activities especially hiking, kayaking, swimming, paddle boarding, and bike riding. There are so many great places to explore living in Central Virginia!
My Favorite Place
I love being near the water, especially the ocean. Summer is my favorite season and I look forward to our yearly family vacations in Outer Banks, NC more than any other week of the year.

Pictured are my kids, Conner and Kendall - one old picture and one newer. They are both in high school now and growing up way too fast!
Hailey is my baby, she is a four year old Boxer/Mastiff mix and the sweetest dog-how cute is she in her Christmas jammies here?
